Ethics
As a professional coach, I abide by a code of ethics that you can consult here.
I am also supervised in my work by a coach for added professionalism.
Certified holistic coach since 2015
And a lifelong explorer of the psyche!
My name is Claire Curély, and I am a certified coach specialising in holistic personal development. Since the age of 17, I have been on a journey of personal development, exploring various approaches (psychology, NLP, CBT, ANC, etc.), trying out different therapies, meeting inspiring people and integrating powerful and effective tools.
I have travelled and lived in several countries and cultures, which has made me adaptable, curious, and open-minded. This has taught me to understand others beyond words, through gestures, looks, and energies. Throughout my career, I have held various jobs, led or supported social and artistic projects, and learned the importance of collaborative work that respects everyone’s well-being.
In addition to my work as a coach, I am also an artist and creator: I design clothing, jewellery, accessories, decorations, etc. I write, do crafts, garden, and lead workshops and conferences. Creativity is a source of balance for me and a way to express all facets of my identity, but also to share my values and commitments and inspire others.
My approach to coaching is deeply holistic. It is based on my training, but also on my own experience of transitions: changing countries, cities, careers, lifestyles… going through periods of doubt, questioning and rebuilding. I have also explored spiritual and energetic paths: Tarot de Marseille and oracles, Feng Shui, movement, colours, shamanism, plants, nutrition, intuition…
I believe that we are complex beings, needing both a concrete foundation and a connection to the sacred, to the visible as well as the invisible.
My philosophy: we can only accompany others where we ourselves have been. That is why I continue to train, create and practice martial arts, and work on myself, so that I can walk my talk and remain fully in control of my life.
My role as a coach: to help each person who comes to me to reconnect with themselves, to strengthen their confidence and autonomy, to move forward at their own pace, to feel the right way and the right moment for them.
I believe that we all have a heroic side within us that is ready to reveal itself if we move forward with courage.
That’s why my logo and my little characters wear capes:
a reminder that everyone can become their own hero or heroine — moving forward with a confident smile, their head held high with pride, and their cape flying in the wind of their personal aspirations.
My tools to coach you
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) or the art and science of making your brain work to your advantage (and often without it knowing!). Devilishly effective and simple to apply, NLP offers powerful, concrete and easy-to-apply tools to transform our limiting patterns into drivers for action.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Understanding your thoughts, adjusting your behaviour. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy offers simple, logical and concrete tools to overcome everyday obstacles. It is structured, effective… and it really changes the game!
Mindfulness is the art of bringing your attention to the here and now, without judgement. A simple but powerful return to oneself, which helps to break out of autopilot, calm the mind and reconnect with what really matters. Breathing, feeling, existing fully: a valuable tool for navigating transitions with greater clarity and calm.
Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach (NCA), which sheds light on our mental reflexes and helps us make more conscious choices. Perfect for regaining control when you feel held back without really knowing why!
Quantum Sciences, for a deeper understanding of the invisible bonds that connect us: everything is vibration, interconnection and potential in motion. It is a subtle but powerful approach that broadens your vision of what is possible, transforms the way you approach challenges and activates resources that are often unsuspected.
And then, depending on the inspiration of the moment:
- Dream work based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung and analytical psychology. Because your dreams have a lot of information to convey to you and it would be a shame to ignore them!
- Tools that give voice to the unconscious (Tarot, oracles, colours, Feng Shui, Shamanism, etc.) and to ‘chance’, which always does things very well!
- Manual work, to take your mind off things and give space to your creativity, let the child in you express itself, etc.
- Advice on breathing, nutrition, physical exercise and anything else that may be beneficial for you to review. Because I have a wealth of knowledge to share with you and a wonderful network of people with skills that complement my own to recommend to you if needed.
- And much more!

My concept of holistic (or comprehensive) work?
Understanding what the other person is going through
Understanding where you are in your desire for change and identifying your real needs is the first step in helping you regain your personal power.
Wanting to change is one thing. Seeing it through to completion is another…
During a personal (or professional) transition, doubts can easily creep in: fear of making mistakes, judgement, mental or emotional overload… You may feel stuck, going round in circles or putting off taking action, even with support around you.
However, this period can be experienced with clarity, confidence and serenity, provided you are accompanied in a holistic way (taking into account the totality of who you are) and in a personalised way (responding to your specific needs).
As a certified professional coach and holistic coach, I help you regain your personal power, remove your blockages, clarify your impulses and reveal your potential.
My support is structured, stimulating and adapted to your pace. It allows you to define your priorities, calm your mind and take action in line with your values and abilities.
Seeking support during a period of transition is not about shirking your responsibilities. It is about giving yourself space to breathe, reflect, adjust and grow. And if your heart is racing, it is often a sign that what you are about to do is REALLY meaningful.
Why 'holistic' support?
I define myself as a holistic coach because, for me, human beings cannot be reduced to a simple function, a profession or a goal to be achieved. We are much more than that. We are made up of emotions, thoughts, memories, desires, impulses, wounds, stories… and sometimes also a touch of madness, poetry or mystery.
Each of us experiences the world in our own way: according to our education, experiences, beliefs, dreams and current limitations. And we are as much autonomous beings as we are deeply connected to others, to our environment, to the visible world… and sometimes to the invisible.
So when I coach someone, I don’t stop at their ‘problem’ or their current goal. I am interested in everything they are, as a whole. Because for change to be truly lasting and meaningful, the whole person must be involved — head, heart, body and soul.
That’s why my approach to coaching is holistic, intuitive, and personalised. It takes into account the person’s overall functioning: their needs, rhythms, beliefs, resources, obstacles, and deepest aspirations.
Because it is by respecting who you are in all your complexity that we can build a path of authentic transformation… and above all, lasting transformation.
Personal power and heroism
Whether it’s a personal or professional transition, I firmly believe that coaching should not only help you change… but also reveal your true self.
For me, successful coaching is coaching that empowers, that reconnects you with your inner strength — even (and especially) when it seems to have been lost through hardship. It’s not about depending on a coach, but about becoming your own resource, your own pillar, your own heroine, your own hero.
Being a coach means creating a safe and stimulating space where others can step outside their comfort zone, awaken their inner potential, explore their strengths, talents, desires, and unique way of being in the world. It also means providing concrete tools, offering a benevolent gaze and acting as a mirror to allow each person to see themselves more clearly… and with greater pride.
Living your coaching in a ‘heroic’ way means:
🔹Having the will to change or feeling the desire to make an effort.
🔹Taking action, even if it’s just small steps.
🔹Learning to believe in yourself, in your dreams, and in your ability to overcome challenges.
🔹And persevering, even without a magic wand, because deep down, true magic comes from within.
We all have this heroic side within us (I’ll say it again!).
My coaching is there to bring it out and help you take back control of your life — with clarity, courage and love.
Activate your multiple powers. Dare to change!
